Vanessa Co-Founder & President Vanessa and Glenn founded The Ness Group in pursuit of better, crafting an employee-forward business model that empowers the team to deliver personalized & proactive service. Vanessa considers the hospitality industry home, and the people within it her extended family; her thorough and nurturing standard of care is the foundation of our service model.
Glenn / Chief Co-Founder & Chief Visionary Officer Vanessa and Glenn founded The Ness Group in pursuit of better, crafting an employee-forward business model that empowers the team to deliver personalized & proactive service. Glenn believes that a dedicated team is only possible when the company is dedicated to the team’s wellbeing, taking care of the team so the team can focus on taking care of clients.
Laurie Chief Executive Officer Laurie is a procurement executive with expertise in FF&E manufacturing, quality management, global sourcing, and project management. Much of her 15+ years of experience comes from Las Vegas Sands, where she led the FF&E and facilities procurement teams internationally.
Brandon Vice President, Operations Over the course of his career, Brandon has managed FF&E procurement for roughly $400 million in renovations and new builds, including hotels, restaurants, resorts, country clubs, ski lodges, and more. As such, he understands the importance of maintaining and supporting the design vision while managing to an ownership budget and schedule.
Jessica Controller Jessica is our first and longest-tenured employee. After starting as a Project Manager, we realized her interest and talent lay in accounting. First taking on the role of Purchasing Accounts Manager, she is now Controller, handling all accounting and reconciliation for The Ness Group.
Chantz Project Director Chantz has the unique experience of coming from a manufacturing family background. Following college, he went to work for a hotel management company in sales and operational capacities, then moved into a position overseeing renovations and PIP work. Chantz finally found his passion in procurement; he now oversees all projects and supports the PM team.
Shirley Senior Project Manager Shirley is a seasoned FF&E / OS&E Procurement Project Manager whose goal is ensuring client satisfaction through fostering vendor relationships. With experience in boutique, five-star, and flagship hospitality projects, she brings a personalized level of care, consideration, and personal service to every project.
Chris Senior Project Manager Chris has a unique background in the hospitality procurement industry, as he has held positions on both the procurement and manufacturing sides. This has given him insight into the challenges and allows him to create resolutions and workarounds to issues that arise.
Jess Project Manager With more than 14 years of hospitality experience, Jess has overseen the FF&E and OS&E procurement for upscale hotels, boutique hotels, and restaurant hospitality projects. Additionally, she managed the Freight, Warehouse, and Installation teams at a hospitality logistics company.
Kim Project Manager Kim brings more than seven years of hospitality experience and four years of transportation management and logistics experience. Within that time, her roles have included purchasing for hotels, boutique properties, restaurants, casinos, event centers, and multi-unit housing projects, as well as a Logistics Executive in transportation management.
Annette Project Manager Annette has been Project Managing for over 12 years on both the vendor side and procurement. She has a background in interior design and is very knowledgeable about the hospitality industry. One of her procurement roles included managing all FF&E, Landscape, and Art for the Fleet Modernization projects at Royal Caribbean.
Kiara Senior Project Manager Kiara is a knowledgeable purchasing professional with fifteen years of experience in the food and hospitality industry. She is a detail-oriented leader, experienced in building and maintaining lasting relationships with domestic and international vendors and in partnering with multiple internal departments.

Stewart Senior Project Manager An Air Force veteran and former professional golfer, Stewart brings a high level of discipline to his work and thrives in challenging situations. After working his way from data entry to Director of Operations over the course of 7 years at a manufacturer, Stewart brought his industry knowledge to the world of FF&E procurement.

Kala Project Manager Kala brings a multifaceted perspective to The Ness Group, having worked in construction project management and facilities management as well as on the vendor side of hospitality FF&E. Not only is she intimately familiar with manufacturing processes, but she also has valuable insight into the installation process.
Mario Project Manager Mario joined our team with seven years of hospitality & private residential purchasing experience, overseeing the FF&E procurement projects for hotels, high-end residences, and restaurants.
